«启蒙运动»，是启蒙家系统心理学协会的核心活动，也是一场为期105天的系统心理学实践旅程。它的活动创意原型，来自神话学家约瑟夫·坎贝尔 (Joseph John Campbell) 在其著作《千面英雄》里提出3个阶段的「英雄之旅」。
The Enlightenment Movement is the Association's core program — a 105-day practicum of systems psychology. Its creative archetype comes from the three-stage "Hero's Journey" that mythologist Joseph John Campbell described in The Hero with a Thousand Faces.
在这里，与其说是来「学」系统心理学，不如说是来「习」系统心理学。所有的学习都不是停留在理解层面，而是在真实的互动中，亲身体验整个进化过程——体验群体激发个体，个体影响群体，最终成为持续成长的系统。
Here, you don't so much study systemic psychology as live it. Nothing stays at the level of understanding — in real interaction, you experience the whole evolution yourself: the group awakening the individual, the individual shaping the group, until they become one continuously growing system.
启程、启蒙与归来Departure, Initiation, Return
《千面英雄》(The Hero with a Thousand Faces)：约瑟夫·坎贝尔的神话学奠基之作，«启蒙运动»的活动原型正来自书中的英雄之旅。The Hero with a Thousand Faces — Joseph Campbell's foundational work of mythology, and the archetype behind the Movement.
坎贝尔在研究不同文化与神话故事时发现，许多英雄虽然来自不同地区与时代，却经历着相似的过程：离开熟悉的生活，进入未知的世界，在旅途中面对挑战、经历改变，最后带着新的理解与能力重新归来。
Studying myths across cultures, Campbell found that heroes of different lands and eras walk a strikingly similar path: they leave the familiar, enter the unknown, meet challenge and change along the way — and finally return carrying new understanding and ability.
«启蒙运动»把这3个阶段（启程、启蒙与归来），转化为一段真实发生的105天旅程。学员首先将进入成团周（启程）接受3天冒险的召唤后，正式进入群体生活。这时，学员将透过一系列的活动和任务，经历相识、挑战及矛盾，并一起走进整合周（启蒙）经历3天的试炼。通过试炼后，又再次经历沟通、磨合及反思，最后进入3天的毕业周（回归），并准备完成这段「不太正常」的旅程，然后再次回到之前的生活节奏。
The Movement turns those three stages into 105 real days. Learners first enter Forming Week (Departure) — three days answering the call to adventure — then step into life as a group. There, through a series of activities and tasks, they move through meeting, challenge and conflict, and walk together into Integration Week (Initiation) for a three-day trial; then, through more dialogue, friction and reflection, they reach the three-day Graduation Week (Return), ready to complete this "not quite normal" journey and return to the rhythm of ordinary life.
«启蒙运动»的3层含义Three layers of meaning
英雄之旅的启蒙阶段，其实也包含着试炼阶段，而试炼是促使启蒙最重要的过程。这里的试炼，不只是一项困难的任务。它也可能是面对挫折时，是否愿意再次站起来；被人误解时，是否仍然愿意勇敢表达；甚至在受到质疑、否定或污蔑时，是否依然相信团队，守住想创造关系的初心，并继续前进。
Initiation contains the trial — and the trial is what makes enlightenment possible. A trial is not merely a hard task. It may be whether you stand up again after defeat; whether you keep speaking honestly when misunderstood; whether, even when doubted, denied or slandered, you still believe in the team, hold to the intention of building relationship, and keep going.
真正的试炼，往往发生在一个人的信念、能力与互动方式受到挑战的时候。当原本熟悉的方法不再有效，当自己的付出不被理解，当继续前进需要付出代价，一个人就会重新思考：自己为什么出发？想成为什么样的人？因此，「启蒙」不是别人给予的答案，而是一个人在经历现实考验之后，依然愿意承担责任并继续创造。
The real trial comes when your beliefs, abilities and ways of relating are challenged — when familiar methods stop working, effort goes unrecognized, and moving forward carries a cost. Then a person asks again: why did I set out? Who do I want to become? "Enlightenment", then, is not an answer handed to you — it is the willingness, after reality's tests, to keep taking responsibility and keep creating.

From the late 17th to the late 18th century, Europe's Enlightenment rose: people embraced reason, rejected despotism and superstition, and rethought freedom, responsibility and the meaning of life — changing how humanity understands the world.

Seen this way, the historical Enlightenment brought the mythic hero's journey into the real world: the hero is anyone willing to think, break existing limits, and choose their own life. We hope this generation, too, can live an Enlightenment of its own — where knowledge becomes real choice and real action.

Beyond being the Association's flagship program, the Movement is also the long-term CSR commitment of MindSpring Management Consulting. The name itself is a social promise: not only a 105-day journey of growth, but a public-good practice of growing individuals and groups.

成团周｜系统的成型Forming Week — a system takes shape
105天的旅程，从3天的成团周正式开始。学员将在这里认识彼此、建立关系，并组成一个共同完成旅程的群体。成团不只是把一群人聚集在一起，而是让原本陌生的个体开始产生连接，并愿意共同面对接下来的旅程。The journey opens with three days of Forming Week. Learners meet, build relationships, and become the group that will finish this journey together. Forming is not merely gathering people — it is strangers beginning to connect, and choosing to face what comes next together.
社会服务｜为他人付出的一天Service Day — a day of giving
在整合周之前，学员会共同完成一次社会服务。社会服务的形式没有固定限制，只要是实际投入时间与行动，为他人、社区或公共环境付出，都可以成为社会服务的一部分。在筹备与执行过程中，学员需要共同讨论、分工、协调与完成任务。这不仅是一次义工服务，也是整个群体共同完成的一项行动。Before Integration Week, learners complete one act of community service together. The form is open — any real investment of time and action for others, the community or the environment counts. Planning and delivering it demands discussion, division of labor and coordination: not just volunteering, but an action the whole group completes as one.
整合周｜系统的升级Integration Week — the system upgrades
大约在旅程进行至第50天时，学员将进入3天的整合周。经过前半段的相处、活动与挑战，许多真实的状态与关系模式会逐渐浮现。学员将在整合周重新整理自己的经历，看见自己在群体中的状态、选择与行为，并为后半段的旅程做好准备。整合不是重新听一次道理，而是把已经发生的经历，转化成更深的理解。Around day 50 comes the three-day Integration Week. After the first half's living, activities and challenges, real states and relational patterns surface. Learners reorganize their experience, see their own state, choices and behavior within the group, and prepare for the second half. Integration is not hearing the theory again — it is turning what has already happened into deeper understanding.
私享会｜向重要的人分享Private Sharing — for the people who matter
整合周之后，学员会共同举办一场启蒙运动私享会。「私享会」是分享会的另一种表达——这里的「私」，代表它不是面向公众开放的大型活动，而是由学员邀请家人、朋友及身边重要的人参与。这是一个建立在私人关系与真实圈层中的分享活动。学员会在私享会上，向受邀前来的听众分享自己在«启蒙运动»中的经历、改变与收获。After Integration Week, learners host a private sharing session. "Private" means it is not a public event: learners invite family, friends and the people who matter most — a sharing built on personal relationships and real circles. There, they share their experience, changes and harvest from the Movement with the audience they invited themselves.
毕业周｜系统的涌现Graduation Week — the system emerges
来到105天，学员将进入3天的毕业周，为整个旅程进行总结与完成。毕业并不代表成长已经结束，而是代表学员完成了这段105天的英雄之旅，并带着新的理解与经历，重新回到自己的家庭、工作与生活之中。At day 105, learners enter the three-day Graduation Week to complete and conclude the journey. Graduation does not mean growth has ended — it means the 105-day hero's journey is complete, and learners return to family, work and life carrying new understanding and experience.
成团周｜系统的成型Forming Week — a system takes shape

Graduation does not mean growth has ended — it means the 105-day hero's journey is complete, and learners return to family, work and life carrying new understanding and experience.
由启蒙英雄组成的教练团Coached by returning heroes
每一期«启蒙运动»，都会由已经毕业的启蒙英雄，以志愿者身份组成教练团。每个教练团大约由6至8人组成，再由教练团邀请身边的人加入新一期«启蒙运动»。每一期通常会有十几位至20多位学员共同成团，并由教练团陪伴学员，一起完成这段105天的旅程。
Every cohort is convened by graduated "enlightened heroes" who volunteer as a coaching team of six to eight. The coaches invite people around them into the new cohort — usually a dozen to twenty-plus learners — then walk beside them through all 105 days.
教练不是站在高处给出所有答案的人。他们更重要的角色，是陪伴学员进入过程，创造互动与行动的环境，让每个人有机会在真实经历中看见自己，承担责任与作出选择。
A coach is not someone standing above with all the answers. Their real role is to accompany — to create an environment of interaction and action where everyone can see themselves in real experience, take responsibility, and choose.
曾经接受陪伴的学员，在毕业成为启蒙英雄之后，也有机会加入下一期教练团，继续陪伴新一群学员。一届又一届的启蒙英雄，透过志愿服务与持续传承，让«启蒙运动»不断延续。
Learners who were once accompanied may, after graduating, join the next coaching team and accompany others in turn. Cohort after cohort, heroes keep the Movement alive through volunteering and transmission.

顺利走进毕业周并完成105天的学员，就像带着反思能力回归生活的启蒙英雄。所谓的启蒙英雄，不是未来在团队里遇到任何困难，都会保持乐观心态，而是团队有时未必如我所愿时，接纳自己也会难过和悲伤——但这不代表我就无法在团队中继续创造。
Those who walk through Graduation Week complete the 105 days like enlightened heroes returning to life with the power of reflection. Such a hero is not someone forever optimistic in the face of team trouble — but someone who, when the team falls short of hope, can accept their own sadness, and still keep creating within it.
英雄，不代表未来都能战胜团队里的各种挑战，也知道团队永远不会按照期待发展，更知道人与人之间不可能永远理解彼此。但即便如此，英雄依然愿意相信团队，相信关系，并在团队中创造更多的可能性，去推动团队的成长。
A hero will not win every challenge the team faces, knows the team will never unfold exactly as expected, and that people can never fully understand one another. Even so — the hero chooses to keep believing in the team and in relationships, creating more possibility within them, and moving the team's growth forward.
